Shipping Information

• When Shipping Zone to Zone: Rates for higher zone apply.
• Shipping Zone 3 to Zone 4: Higher rates apply due to distance.
• Round Trip Service: 1½ times the zone rate.
• Same Day Service: Orders received no later than 12 Noon are delivered by 5 p.m.
• 24-Hour Service: Order must be received not later than 3 p.m.
• Waiting Time: $1.00 per minute after five minutes.
• Zone 5 Deliveries & Direct Drives: We need a 4 hour window in which to complete the delivery. (Ready by Noon for Los Angeles, by 1:00 PM for Local)
• In addition to the Zone charges: Residences $5.00, Airports $10.00, Schools & Universities $15.00, Military Bases $35.00, Shopping Malls $10.00.
• Bridge Tolls & Parking Fees may apply.
• When Rates Apply: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• After business hours and weekends are available. Call for special pricing and assistance.
• Time starts, for the service type desired, when the package is “Ready For Pickup”, not when the order is called in.

Weight Charge

• 0-50 lbs. – FREE
• 51-100 lbs. – $.22 per lbs.
• 101-200 lbs. – $.17 per lbs.
• 201-up lbs. – $.11 per lbs.
