Fuel Surcharge

CMF Delivery utilizes an indexed fuel surcharge based upon the fuel prices published monthly by the US Department of Energy. Surcharges are subject to monthly adjustments based on a rounded average of the price of fuel. For Air Services, CMF Delivery utilizes the rounded average of the U.S. Gulf Coast (USGC) spot price for a gallon of kerosene-type jet fuel reported by the U.S. Department of Energy for the month that is two months prior to the adjustment. For Ground Services, CMF Delivery utilizes a rounded average composed of a weighted-average of the Nationwide Retail Price, West Coast Retail Price, and California Retail Price for a gallon of regular gasoline for the month that is one month prior to the adjustment. This method more closely links fuel surcharges to prevailing market prices for fuel and should help CMF Delivery and its customers adjust more quickly to changes in the fuel price.

• Air Services: 18.00% effective May 1st, 2006
• Ground Services: 18.00% effective May 1st, 2006
